I haven't been in any casinos outside of Vegas and this wasn't bad especially for a small town. Anyway, we were impressed with their efficiency. It wasn't 'let me alert so and so' or 'please call front desk' it was right away. The house keeping staff were really nice and attentive (if hotel reads reviews, the ladies who worked on the 3rd floor the morning of 11/7 starting rooms 310 going higher I think need praise) we needed a light bulb and right away she got on it.
The tiny refrigerator came in handy (there's also a microwave 😃 we didn't use it). Everyone was so helpful and friendly (the hotel front desk though, not so much - if we are being completely honest).
